Hey, thanks! I have a harder time staying away from the gym. There is no feeling like breaking a sweat and shaking on your way home.
As for cankles, I don’t think there is much you can do since its genetics. I wanna say stay away from working out your calves but that is a lot of things… I really think your best bet is working with them! No small heels, no capris, etc? You probably already mastered all the dos and donts
